Kelly, a Brooklyn native, grew a love for cooking from a young age while watching her dad in the kitchen. Having attended both the Institute of Culinary Education and the Natural Gourmet Institute, Kelly takes a holistic approach with her cooking, stating she enjoys “healing with food”. She is a personal chef specializing in gluten free and vegan dishes. Kelly’s food is inspired by Mediterranean and Spanish flavors. She spends the majority of her time baking and she uses natural or organic sweeteners to do so. Kelly’s favorite ingredients to use include maple syrup and preserved lemons.
